Withdrawal Reminder
Ensure your KYC is completed before requesting a withdrawal. First-time withdrawal requests are subject to a manual compliance review. Subsequent withdrawals to verified methods are typically automatic.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional rewards offered by Poker88 are subject to individual bonus terms that are displayed at the time the promotion is offered. In all cases, bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
Wagering requirements specify the minimum total amount you must wager before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion's terms. Wagers placed on certain game types (such as live sports betting, table games, or specific slot titles) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.
Bonus funds that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
Poker88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, and reclaim bonuses where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Participation in the Poker88 VIP Programme is subject to minimum monthly wagering turnover requirements for each tier. VIP tier status is assessed on a rolling monthly basis. Poker88 reserves the right to adjust tier requirements, cashback rates, and VIP benefits at any time with reasonable notice. VIP benefits, including birthday bonuses and cashback, have no cash value and are subject to standard bonus terms unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All games available on Poker88 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, and live dealer games are conducted by trained professionals in licensed studio environments. RTP (Return to Player) figures for slot games are independently audited and published within each game's information panel.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published in the Poker88 sportsbook rules section. Poker88 covers EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other international sporting events. In-play bets are accepted subject to technical availability and may be suspended during live events at Poker88's discretion.
Poker88 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a manifest error in odds or pricing has occurred; (b) a game or sporting event is suspended, abandoned, or cancelled; (c) technical malfunction affects the integrity of a game round; or (d) evidence of irregularity or match-fixing is identified. Voided bets will be returned to the Player's real money balance.
In the event of a network disconnection during a game round, Poker88's servers will record the game state at the time of disconnection. Upon reconnection, the game will resume from that recorded state. Poker88 is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Poker88 platform. Violation of any item below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights and terminates immediately upon closure or suspension of your account.
Poker88 does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary service unavailability. Poker88 will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
Poker88 accepts no liability for financial losses arising from: gaming outcomes; voluntary use of Platform features; decisions made based on information displayed on the Platform; technical failures caused by your device or internet connection; or third-party payment processor delays or errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Poker88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even where Poker88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In all cases where Poker88 is found liable under this Agreement, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your account at the time the liability arises.

Serious or repeated breaches of this Agreement — including prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9 — will result in permanent account termination. Upon permanent termination for breach, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from exploitative or fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Legitimate real-money balances may be returned at Poker88's discretion following investigation.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and anti-money laundering checks. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Poker88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file and/or through a notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
